• Welcome to Water’s Edge, a beautiful lakefront retreat nestled along a quiet cove on Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. This spacious three-level home features vaulted ceilings, modern comforts, and serene water views—just 25 miles from Yosemite National Park and steps from the lake.

• Guests 11 and 12 must arrange their own sleeping accommodations

• Life vests provided (3 adolescent, 2 universal, 2 2X/3X)
• Guests must wear life jackets when using watercraft
• Guests are responsible for rinsing boats and boards before use
• Swimming permitted up to 30 feet from the dock per Pine Mountain Lake regulations
• Winter Warning: Dock ramps and decking may be icy and slippery

• The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security.
• A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Parking & Accessibility:

• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles
• Property includes interior and exterior stairways throughout

Additional Info:

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
• Firewood not provided
• No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (including children and infants)
