A valid ID and completion of signed electronic rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed. 25+ to rent. Pool can be heated at an additional fee of $500/month.

PLEASE NOTE* To avoid excessive use of the utilities owner agrees to pay $250/month toward the electric bill and $250/month towards the water bill. Any amount in excess will be the responsibility of the guest on record and will be charged to the credit card on file with Property Manager.

There are two exterior cameras on the property for security reasons only:

• 1 by the front door
• 1 above the pool equipment.
