The location is convenient, being near the Clearwater/Dunedin line, with downtown Dunedin, the Toronto BlueJays stadium, the Phillies spring training field, and Clearwater Beach all just a short drive away.

The home has an open floor plan that gives a spacious feel and provides plenty of areas to relax. You can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in the enclosed porch overlooking the spacious back yard, where you can truly feel away from it all. We prefer bookings from the 1st of the month to the end of the month, regardless of how many months, during peak season (JAN-APRIL). Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am.

Completion of our electronic rental agreement is required upon booking.
