Cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with smart appliances and a double oven with built in air fryer. The range is an induction cook top. Grill some burgers on the back patio with a propane grill (propane not included, but available nearby). Park your car in the garage that also has a washer, dryer, and soaking sink. You can easily fit another 4 cars in the driveway, and street parking is available.

Security Features:
This home has 24/7 video surveillance cameras on the exterior and in the garage as part of the smart door opener system. The locations of each camera as follows:

• The front doorbell
• The driveway
• The backyard
• The garage features a Wyze smart garage door opener. In order for this system to function, a camera faces a QR code on the garage door. When the camera detects the QR code, it knows the door is shut properly!

Important Details:

• Must be 25+ to book. Someone over the age of 25 must be present during the reservation.
• An electronically signed rental agreement must be completed.
• Two bikes are available but require a liability waiver before use.
• The home is equipped with smart systems, including outdoor video surveillance and Amazon Echo Show voice controlled assistants in each room. Please keep the Echo Show camera privacy switch turned on so the Echo camera remains disabled.
• The home is equipped with high-speed internet and WiFi 6E technology.
• All TVs are smart TVs. No cable stations are provided, but you're welcome to log into your own streaming services or take advantage of the many free streaming apps that are preinstalled.
