THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

• This house does not have air conditioning, only coastal breezes and fans
• Sleeps 4 max (including children) (King size bed + pull out sofa)
• No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties OR anywhere in the complex
• No pets
• For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
• Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. The complex does not have elevators or luggage carts.
• This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
• 1 assigned parking space in gated garage

***The garage in which your parking spot is located will be closed September 3 - 11 from 8am to 5pm for plumbing main line fittings replacement.
