We value transparency and want to inform you that there are ongoing construction and renovations during normal business hours on weekdays at this older beachfront property. As a result, it can get quite noisy during these times. However, fret not! We have taken this into account and significantly discounted the nightly rate to reflect the inconvenience. While the pool may have limited hours or may be temporarily closed, the vast ocean is at your disposal and offers an even more delightful swimming experience! Take advantage of this opportunity to explore the beach and the wonders of the island during construction hours. Please note that this is not a luxurious hotel or resort but rather a simple, yet charming, beachfront condo that offers unbeatable value for your money.

Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :)

Additional amenities:

• Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy
• Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach
• A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean.
• Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs.
• 24/7 Building security

A few things to bear in mind:

• The building HOA does not allow pets, sorry!
• There is no smoking inside the unit or lanai. Nowhere at the building but there are smoking sections on the property out by the road.
• Maximum Occupancy: 4 People including adults and children.

Other things to note:
The front lanai slider door will be repaired soon. It works just need adjusting and new wheels. Waiting for parts :) Also, the jalousie window in the bedroom needs to be replaced and waiting for parts for that too!!
