• Private lanai with a small peek-a-boo view of the beach, just steps to the ocean for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and paddleboarding!
• Amenities include a pool, gym, BBQ area, security, and free parking!

The space:

• IMPORTANT NOTICE: A new septic system has been installed! However, there is construction and renovations happening at the property during normal business hours on weekdays, so it can get very noisy during these times.

• The pool may have limited hours or be closed, but the ocean is better for swimming anyway.

• This is not a luxury accommodation, just a simple beachfront condo at a great price!

• The owner is a body surfer who splits his time between Hawaii and Southern California. This condo is his base of operations when he is on the islands, and it is managed by the host when he is on the mainland.

• The bedroom area has one full bed, considered a bedroom in this building but more like a nook with no door separating it.

• There are 2 twin-sized couches in the living room for additional sleeping spaces.

• Complimentary Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, and HBO Max are included with the living room TV.

• Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, water shoes, wet suit, and gloves are available at the condo, but use them at your own risk. Rinse and clean them after use.

• The lanai has a small peek-a-boo ocean and beach view, but you can walk right out front to a beautiful white sandy beach where you can often spot sea turtles, stingrays, and other marine animals.

• The ocean in front of the building is protected by reefs, making the waves gentler than the North Shore's famous ferocious waves, especially in the winter. Ideal for water activities like swimming, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and body surfing. Exercise caution as larger waves may still occur from time to time, especially in the winter.

• The Kualoa Mountain Range can be seen from the water, but exercise caution when going into the water. Do not approach or disturb marine animals and wear reef-safe sunscreen.

• The condo is centrally located on the scenic North Shore/Windward side of Oahu, with easy access to attractions like Haleiwa, Waimea Valley, Shark's Cove, Turtle Bay, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch, and Regional Park.

Guest access:

• Free parking at the building. A rental car is highly recommended, but there is a bus stop nearby.
• There is no public access to the beach from the property, providing a private beach experience away from the crowds.

Other things to note:

• This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so expect to see chickens, geckos, insects, and other creatures. Do not leave unopened food or sugar in the cupboards to avoid attracting pests.
• Additional amenities include tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the grassy lawn and beach, an outdoor BBQ area, a pool next to the beach, an ocean-facing gym, and 24/7 building security.
• Please note the setup of the window blinds to ensure air circulation and prevent water damage.
• No pets allowed except service animals.
• No smoking inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking sections are available on the property.
• Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 people, including adults and children.
• Check-in is at 4PM, check-out is at 10AM.
• Minimum stay of 3 nights, maximum stay of 28 nights.
