• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (per city ordinance)
• Noise monitoring: Webcam over garage + inside/outside sound level system. Devices do not record conversations, only measure noise.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside; outdoor smoking allowed in designated receptacles
