Perfect for group getaways or family vacations, Adams Retreat can sleep up to 6 guests.

Come enjoy the weekend in the Texas Wine Country area and relax at Adams Retreat in the beautiful backyard and comfortable living space.

The house includes:

• Large lounge area with a queen sleeper sofa

The kitchen comes fully stocked with:

The living room and lounge area both include a TV with Roku (bring your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. login information).

High-speed WIFI is available at Adams Retreat with good signal throughout the house and the back/front yards.

The backyard area features:

• Private outdoor shower
• Corn-hole game
• Patio table with seating for 6

We have complimentary off-street parking for 4 cars in the driveway and 1-2 cars on the street in front of the house.

We don’t like lots of rules, but we need to list a few here:

• As per city ordinances, please adhere to quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
• There are no webcams or audio/video recording equipment on the property. However, there is an inside and outside sound level monitoring system. The monitoring devices do not record any conversations; they only measure and report sound levels. See Noise Aware website for specifics.
• Please limit overnight guests to 6 people.
• For the comfort of all guests, sorry no pets allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in any parts of the house; however, feel free to light up outside. Please make use of the “flower pot” cigarette butt receptacles.
