Welcome to Adams Retreat, a gorgeous, newly renovated mid-century modern home located just a few blocks from Main Street in a quaint and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for group getaways or family vacations, Adams Retreat can sleep up to 6 guests.

Come enjoy the weekend in the Texas Wine Country area and relax at Adams Retreat in the beautiful backyard and comfortable living space.

The house includes:

• Two bedrooms each with king beds
• Large lounge area with a queen sleeper sofa
• Comfy living room
• Two bathrooms
• Dining area

The kitchen comes fully stocked with:

• Pots/pans
• Insulated tumblers
• Toaster
• Blender
• Microwave
• Coffee maker

The living room and lounge area both include a TV with Roku (bring your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. login information).

High-speed WIFI is available throughout the house and back/front yards.

The backyard area features:

• Hot tub
• Fire pit
• Private outdoor shower
• Corn-hole game
• Patio table with seating for 6

One night stay Monday thru Thursday and Sunday only.

We don’t like lots of rules, but we need to list a few here:

• As per city ordinances, please adhere to quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
• Webcam is positioned over the Garage and is the only one on the property, there is an inside and outside sound level monitoring system. The monitoring devices do not record any conversations; they only measure and report sound levels. See Noise Aware website for specifics.
• Please limit overnight guests to 6 people.
• For the comfort of all guests, sorry no pets allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in any parts of the house; however, feel free to light up outside. Please make use of the “flower pot” cigarette butt receptacles.
