Upon entering, guests will immediately appreciate the striking open layout connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The beautifully appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all of the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook for the family.
The dining room table will fit 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The living room is large and welcoming; you will want to escape here and relax after a busy day in Steamboat Springs. This room has plush furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV. There is also a convenient half bathroom located on this level.
As you head up the stairs you will find all of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV, connected patio and ensuite bathroom. Down the hallway are the second & third bedrooms that are attached with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space, and its own sink/vanity area.
Back in the hallway, you will find a ladder that will take you up to the loft bedroom. This room can sleep 4 with 2 sets of double-over-double bunk beds. This room also has its own attached ensuite bathroom.
Guests can bask in the fresh mountain air on the large outdoor patio. Whether you are relaxing on the patio furniture, soaking in the private hot tub, or grilling up some food on the BBQ grill, there are plenty of ways you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Steamboat Springs.
This unit is limited to two vehicles. There is 1 garage space, which fits small and mid-sized vehicles. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT FULL SIZED TRUCKS AND SUVS WILL NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE. There is 1 additional outside parking space available at this property. Guests may park anywhere on the Winterset property so long as they are not blocking the entryways to any of the garages.

IMPORTANT **The driveway at this complex is very tricky in the winter. 4WD is required from Nov-Apr. More information on how to navigate this driveway will be sent upon booking. No trailers allowed.
All Steamboat properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
