The home features 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom on the second floor with a luxurious balcony and water views. There is also a king bedroom with a back balcony overlooking the private pool, a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony, and a bunk room with 8 twin beds. The open floor plan living room and kitchen also offer water views from the balcony. The home is decorated with inspiration from the crystal clear gulf and beach air.

On the first floor, there is a spacious bunk room with a private bathroom, pool access, a laundry room, and garage access. The second floor features the main entrance, the master bedroom with a private bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The third floor includes a queen bedroom with a balcony, a gourmet kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances, barstool seating for 4 guests, an open living space with a TV and comfortable seating, and a dining table for 8 guests. The front balcony offers a bed swing and glimpses of the gulf (please note that the spiral staircase on the balcony is off-limits and not for guest use).

Outside, there are 4 total balconies at the front and back of the house, parking in front of the house with garage access, and a private pool shared with the other side of the duplex (pool can be heated for an additional fee). The home also includes amenities such as hi-speed WiFi, parking for 3 vehicles, and 4 beach cruiser bicycles.

Please note that guests will be staying on the right side of the duplex (Unit B) and the left side is privately owned. The spiral staircase on the third-floor balcony is not for guest use.

• Rates are only available for Saturday to Saturday stays during Spring Break and Summer.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during the stay.
• Pets are not allowed in the home.
• No events or large gatherings are allowed on the property.
• Additional rental rates include amenity passes, bike fee, PDP fee, cleaning fee, admin fee, and CSA Trip Insurance. These rates may vary based on property selection and guest preferences.
