A fifteen-minute drive on the main route will take you straight from historic downtown Beaufort to this secluded, charming cottage nestled in the woods. The decor is rustic and refined with modern touches. Inside, you can expect local art, luxury linens, and a substantially equipped kitchen.

• A short walk leads you to a wooded path and kayak launch with a dock on Clubfoot Creek (Kayaks are available by request). We love walking to the dock with a cozy beverage in the brisk morning or twilight! You might even try your hand at crabbing or fishing.

• Travel a few miles down the road to a ferry that takes you to the charming sailing capital of North Carolina — Oriental. In fifteen minutes, you can be in Beaufort, shopping, dining, or hopping on a ferry to Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout! A few more minutes, and you’re in Atlantic Beach. The cottage feels out of the way, but in reality, you’re close to it all! And you’ll love coming home after a day of exploring the Crystal Coast to enjoy a more unique side of coastal living.
