The well-equipped kitchen has an extended wood ceiling surrounded by windows above the already vaulted ceilings, with plenty of marble countertops with tile backsplash, a pantry, and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Appliances are all high-end stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer and ice-maker, a 6-burner gas range with oven, and beneath the large kitchen island with stainless steel sink is a microwave oven and dishwasher. The dining side of the island has eight bar seats. The adjacent dining area has a large table seating eight on an area rug, which flows nicely into the living area which has a sleeper sofa, accent tables and lamps, a coffee table, and a matching loveseat on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Expansive wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in the living and dining areas provide access to the covered open balcony overlooking the heated swimming pool and spa surrounded by lush tropical foliage and a privacy fence.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a double dresser, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to a covered balcony overlooking the front of the home. The large en suite bathroom has a marble vanity with a decorator lavatory, storage space beneath a full wall mirror, a commode, a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, and a large walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors from here provide access out to a covered balcony.
