  Located within walking distance, biking distance, or a golf cart ride to Rockport Beach, The Heritage District, the festival grounds, great restaurants, and Market Street Pier!

• Parking:
  There is plenty of parking available, so bring your boat!

• Nearby Park:
  There is a wonderful city park across the street with swings, a basketball court, and a huge dome climber.

• Backyard:
  The fully fenced backyard is perfect for a friendly game of football. After a full day of activities, rinse off sandy toes in the private outside shower, relax in the shade of a cottonwood tree with a cool beverage and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Inside, you will find coastal chic decor, shiplap walls, and comfy furnishings. The sofa doubles as a sleeper, perfect for the kiddos.

  There is seating for four at the dining room table, and the fully stocked kitchen has all you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of sangria.

• Bedroom:
  The bedroom features a king bed with a plush mattress. The adjoining bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with river rock flooring.
