• Dining area comfortably seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the bar
• Well-stocked kitchen with cooking and baking utensils, pots, and pans
• Massive primary bedroom with 2 queen beds, balcony access, a desk, and a large en-suite with a jetted tub and separate shower
• First guest room with a king-sized bed, oceanfront view, and en-suite with a glass enclosed shower
• Second guest room with 2 twin beds, using the hall bath
• Full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen

Cleaning and disinfecting measures:

• In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean, our cleaners have added the proper sanitation of highly touched surfaces to their routine
• Highly touched surfaces include door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers, and irons
• Cleaners wear gloves and masks at all times
• Cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)
