This 1,465-square-foot cabin spans two levels and comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. Designed for relaxation and convenience, it features:

• Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and tea kettle
• Dining table for six
• Washer & Dryer for guest use
• Wall-mounted heat & wood-burning stove for cozy evenings
• Wall-mounted A/C units in each room
• Game area with ping pong table for extra entertainment
• Outdoor gas BBQ for grilling (propane not included but available for preorder)

• Three beaches, including Marina Beach - just 200 feet from the cabin. This is the largest and most popular beach in Pine Mountain Lake, featuring a designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic tables, a snack shack, and rentals for sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and paddle boats
• 18-hole championship golf course & country club with indoor & outdoor dining
• Community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and horseshoe pits
• Equestrian center & hiking trails
• Small airport for private planes

Important Information

• No outdoor fires permitted
• Firewood is not provided but available for purchase locally
• Parking is provided for up to three vehicles
• Driveway is up-sloping
• Pine Mountain Lake Access Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 per vehicle is required by the HOA (additional fees apply for stays of 8+ nights)

• A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap is included
• Beach towels, coffee, spices, cooking oils, and food are not provided
