- Designed for relaxation and convenience, it features:

- Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and tea kettle.
- Dining table for six
- Washer & Dryer for guest use
- Wall-mounted heat & wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.
- Wall-mounted A/C units in each room
- Game area with ping pong table for extra entertainment.
- Outdoor gas BBQ for grilling (propane not included but available for preorder)

Pet Policy
- This is a pet-friendly home with a $75 per stay pet fee plus tax
- All pets must be approved, declared, and registered with Yosemite Region Resorts prior to arrival.
- Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and non-destructive.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, and unsupervised pets must be crated.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste.

- As part of the gate Pine Mountain Lake community, guests have access to a range of resort-style amenities:
- Three beaches, including Marina Beach - just 200 feet from the cabin.
- 18-hole championship golf course & country club with indoor & outdoor dining.
- Community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and horseshoe pits.
- Equestrian center & hiking trails
- Small airport for private planes
Important Information
- No outdoor fires permitted
- Firewood is not provided but available for purchase locally
- Parking is provided for up to three vehicles
- Driveway is up-sloping
- Pine Mountain Lake Access Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 per vehicle is required by the HOA (additional fees apply for stays of 8+ nights)

- A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap is included.
- Beach towels, coffee, spices, cooking oils, and food are not

- We can guide you on how to secure one! If you can’t get a reservation, no worries—daily shuttles leave from Pine Mountain Lake.
