This beautiful townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is conveniently located near the white sand beaches, restaurants, and shops. You can relax by the heated pool in the backyard after a day of fun in the sun. The open concept floor plan allows for a spacious feel, even with multiple families staying. There is a den area on the second floor for children to hang out while parents relax in the living room. With 3 king bedrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space during the vacation. The house is equipped with flat-screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, 'wood' tile floors, granite countertops, and free phone/cable/wireless internet. It is also close to trolley stops, making it easy to explore the island without a vehicle. The beach is only a 2 to 3-minute walk away, and beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart are provided for your convenience. You can take the trolley to Bean Point or historic Bridge St, enjoy a meal at Chateau Anna Maria or the Beach Bistro, or grab a burger and watch a game at Skinny's. You can also go paddleboarding or kayaking in the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Please be considerate of the residential area and keep noise levels respectful during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can disturb neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their property.

Anna Maria Island may be only 7 miles long, but it has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. If you are traveling with a little one, our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. If you need more, there are rental places that offer items like baby gates and golf carts, which can be delivered to your vacation property. You don't need to bring beach towels as we provide them for you. We have a laid-back atmosphere and operate on island time, so flip-flops and shorts are acceptable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's no need to overpack since you'll likely spend most of your time in your bathing suit or bikini. You can save on baggage fees by purchasing any necessary items like sunscreen or hair products from the nearby Publix, CVS, or Walgreens on the island.

Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 dogs, as long as they are housebroken and friendly with other dogs and people. Please disclose your pet upfront when inquiring or booking. There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $150 for extra cleaning and pet sanitation. If we receive complaints about barking or disruption from neighbors, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking. If there are any pet odors, waste, or other remediation needed as a result of their stay, we may withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500, and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property, you agree to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.
