The home features a large 32-foot heated pool with a waterfall and a sun step for kids and babies who don't swim. There is also a spa for relaxation after a busy day at the beach. The pool has its own table with water seating, perfect for snacks and drinks. Mermaid Crossing is a luxurious bungalow that has been fully renovated with high-end amenities. It has 5 flat screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood-like tile floors, granite countertops, unique beach decor, and a tropical heated pool. The outdoor area includes a covered cabana with a big screen TV, custom bar, and lounging furniture. There is seating for 15 people and the backyard is private and fenced in. The indoor dining table can seat 8 people.

The bungalow has 2 master suites with en-suites featuring king-sized beds, a third room with a king-sized bed, and a kids' room with 2 bunk beds that sleep 5 (4 twins and 1 pull-out twin trundle). The decor is beach-themed with many loving touches. The homeowners stay here with and without their children, so the rental is equipped with all the necessities and extras. The garage is stocked with 2 kayaks, 2 bikes with drink holders and baskets, a wagon, a toddler tricycle, toys, 8 beach chairs, 2 large beach umbrellas, beach towels, and beach toys.

Anna Maria Island offers a variety of activities and attractions. You can expect to see dolphins, manatees, fish, birds, crabs, and sometimes jumping rays at the beach.
