• Complaints from neighbors about barking/disruption may result in the immediate removal of the pet
• A refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking
• Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and guests will be required to vacate the property
• By booking this property, guests agree to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet

• Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
• Inquire before booking for stays that are not 7 nights or if you want to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday, as alternate reservations may be accommodated.
