• Bedroom accommodations are the best! We have 2 master bedrooms with king beds, luxurious linens, and en suite bathrooms.
• The 3rd bedroom/bunkroom has a drape for privacy with twin bunks and brand new premium beds and bedding and 1/2 bath.
• The Queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows this beauty to sleep 8!
• Brand new comfortable patio lounge furniture!
• The sunsets from this 14th-floor wrap-around balcony are the BEST!

Guest access

• Condo 1429 is located on the 14th floor.
• $100 registration fee on-site for 2 parking permits and 8 property wristbands.
• *This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
• The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Important things to know

• *Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
• **Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
• ***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
• ***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
