• This condo is self-check-in, but guests need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up their registration packet.
• The registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
• A rental agreement must be completed, and a credit or debit card must be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
• No pets are allowed, except for pre-approved service animals.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed in the condo, and a $1000 fine will be imposed for violations.
