6 bedrooms and 4600 sq ft ensure that everyone in your group has the space they need to feel comfortable inside. Plus who could pass up the opportunity to use the game room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball. Not to mention the 4 flat screen tv's complete with Netflix. But don't stay inside too long or you will miss all the amazing outdoor features including a workout area in the garage, hot tub, and basketball hoop!

At the end of your day sink into one of the 11 beds:

• Master bedroom: 1 king
• 2nd bedroom: 1 king
• 3rd bedroom: 2 queen
• 4th bedroom: 1 queen
• 5th bedroom: 1 queen; 2 twin
• 6th bedroom (loft area): 1 double futon; 1 twin
• Other sleeping: sofa-bed in living room

Parking: Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles. Garage is not available for guest use.

Pets/Animals: This is a pet-friendly home. A maximum of 1 dog allowed, with an additional fee of $35 per night, per pet, plus tax. PET POLICY IS FIRM.

Stairs: This property has interior & exterior stairways.

Outdoor Fires: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Gated Community Access Permits Required by Homeowners Association:

• A copy of your driver's license will be required within 24 hours of booking.
• Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one-time fee) to enter the gated community with 24-hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
• Price subject to change without notice.
• Access permits are non-refundable.
• A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Celebration Debris: Confetti is not allowed in or around the property. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris.
