• Home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security
• A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival
• Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules

• Detached garage and off-street parking for multiple vehicles
• Interior and exterior stairways
• Nearly flat lot for easy access

• No pets or animals allowed
• Absolutely no smoking indoors
