Yosemite Villa is a spacious two-level retreat located near Lake Lodge Beach and playground in the private, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this 3,019-square-foot home features modern amenities, a large deck with a retractable awning, and a separate-entry game room—ideal for families and groups.

• Community Access & Fees

  • The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security.
  • A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

• Parking & Accessibility

  • Driveway parking for 3–4 vehicles (note: driveway is down-sloped)
  • Interior and exterior stairways

• Important Notes

  • The downstairs bedroom and game room are accessible via a separate entrance only
  • No central heat or AC in the lower level (pellet stove available)
  • No pets or animals allowed
  • Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
  • Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
