• Parking Rules: Free Parking. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months
• Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM
• Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.

Disclaimer:
During the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. Guests may observe an increased presence of both dead and living flies. Kindly be aware that this is a regular phenomenon in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.

FIREPLACE:
While this home features a fireplace, we do not supply firewood. Guests interested in using the fireplace should plan to bring or purchase their own firewood.
