• Offering 1996sq.ft. of living space, with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, a large open great room with an expansive pine vaulted ceiling and picturesque windows flood the space with tons of natural sunlight and features a cozy fireplace and loft area, all designed with rustic and warm “Urban-Chalet” style furniture and décor. A beautiful kitchen, fully equipped and includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, custom cabinetry and centered around a huge wrap-around island with seating for 4 and an additional breakfast nook, perfect for entertaining and brings everyone together. This chalet also features an entertainment space on the lower level, a laundry room with two washers and dryer, free Wi-Fi, large TV's and a large deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, all surrounded by breathtaking panoramic mountain views!

• OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE for CHALETS:
  Depending on the amount of snow on the mountain, this location has the ability to be ski in/ski out. If there is not enough snow and a trail in not able to be opened, you may have to go between 1/2 to 1 block to get on the slope.

  • Parking Rules: Free Parking. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months
  • Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM
  • Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.
  • NOTE: Please be advised that room rate includes up to 10 people, an additional charge of $15.49 will be applied per person thereafter, up to the property’s max occupancy.

• Disclaimer: In the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. You may notice a higher number of both dead and living flies. Please note that this is a common occurrence in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.
