OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE for CHALETS:

• Depending on the amount of snow on the mountain, this location has the ability to be ski in/ski out. If there is not enough snow and a trail in not able to be opened, you may have to go between 1/2 to 1 block to get on the slope
• Parking Rules: Free Parking. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months
• Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM
• Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost
• NOTE: Please be advised that room rate includes up to 10 people, an additional charge of $15.49 will be applied per person thereafter, up to the property’s max occupancy

Disclaimer: In the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. You may notice a higher number of both dead and living flies. Please note that this is a common occurrence in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.
