Crescent Beach is a family-friendly crescent shaped coastline located in the south end of Florida's historic coast. Tucked between St Augustine and the Matanzas inlet, your little piece of paradise awaits.

This well-appointed and spacious second floor condo is just a short walk across the dunes to the soft, white sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean. You'll love the beautiful views of the inlet from the lanai. The sunsets are amazing!!!

The complex boasts a well-maintained pool (not heated) and tennis courts. Boat and jet ski storage is available on site with easy access to a free boat ramp/launch.

Inside, you'll find 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The principal bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. If you must work, there's a desk and high-speed internet. The living room has a pull-out sofa and a flat-screen smart TV. Linens and towels are provided. The unit is comfortable for 6 guests.

The kitchen has all appliances, including a Keurig and a microwave. The in-unit laundry room has a washer and dryer. Sand chairs, an umbrella, and a mini cooler are provided.

Just a short walk to restaurants and a short drive to old town St Augustine, your adventure awaits! We love our furry friends too, so bring your pup. The complex allows one small dog.
