This well appointed and spacious second floor condo is just a short walk across the dunes to the soft, white sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean. You’ll love the beautiful views of the inlet from the lanai. The sunsets are amazing!!! The complex boosts a well maintained pool- not heated and tennis courts. Boat and jet ski storage on site with easy access to a free boat ramp/launch. Inside you’ll find 2 large bdrms and 2 full bathrooms. The principle has a king sized bed and a flat screen TV. If you must - there’s a desk and high speed internet. The LR has a pull out sofa and a flatscreen smart TV. Linens and towels provided. Unit is comfortable for 6 guests. The kitchen has all appliances including a Keurig and a microwave. The in unit laundry room has a washer and dryer. Sand chairs, umbrella and mini cooler provided. Just a short walk to restaurants and a short drive to old town St Augustine, your adventure awaits! We love our furry friends too so bring your pup. The complex allows one small dog.
