The kitchen has everything to cook a meal, with plenty of prep space, cabinets, and a coffee bar. Enjoy a chat or a cup of coffee at the kitchen island table. The rustic round dining table sets the stage for great conversation and memories with family and friends.

• Primary bedroom #1 is split from the other bedrooms and has a spa-like en suite bath, amazing king bed and luxurious linens. There is a TV for viewing from bed.
• On the west side of the home are 3 bedrooms that share a central bath.
• Primary bedroom #2 is large and roomy and has a king bed, TV, and beautiful desk for working from home.
• Bedroom 3 has a queen bed at the rear of the home and bedroom 4 is an office with two twin beds.
• There is an indoor laundry area and super fast Wi-Fi throughput the home and outside.

ADDITIONALLY, you will find a stand alone one bedroom Casita, with a queen bed and sofa bed, full kitchen and bath and living room. This adds the much needed space to this complex, that will make it even more enjoyable for the family.

Step outside and you will be amazed at the large heated lap pool with spacious Baja lounge shelf giving it a modern vibe. Relax around the pool in the many seating and lounging areas. The landscaping is kept pristine. There is a gas firepit too for enjoying the Arizona evenings. Play some corn hole on the grassy area of the yard or have a BBQ with family and friends. The backyard is magical and will undoubtedly create memories.
