• We can easily accommodate a larger group (piling in) if you provide your own sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or sleeping bags.

• Wonderful outdoor decks overlook the Bay and make for a great place to enjoy coffee on cool mornings or shade on the warm ones.

• This home has central heat/air; dishwasher, 3 full bathrooms, a downstairs bedroom, decks overlooking the bay, a private dock, a full and fantastic kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range.

• Fish from your backyard or on the fantastic private dock.

• We are pet friendly (with a $99 Pet Fee, payable in advance) and have a large smart TV in the living room along with high speed WiFi.

• This is a Family/Residential unit and area.

• No loud music or noise.

• This is a residential property situated in a residential neighborhood.

• Perfect for a family, or small subdued family gatherings.

• Parties, Gatherings or other "Get Togethers" are not allowed without prior permission.

• We live next door to this unit and will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party.
