This bright and comfy dog-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is centrally located, less than 15 minutes from Siesta Key, and an easy 20 minutes to the beaches of Venice. The home is also just a quick drive to the restaurants and shops in the popular Gulf Gate neighborhood.

From the foyer you will enter the open living room tastefully decorated with a leather couch, matching loveseat and oversized chair, plus large flat-screen SMART TV. The perfect place to unwind after a fun day at the beach.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen opens up to the spacious dining area with a table that can comfortably seat six. If you rather stretch out and enjoy a snack while catching up on your favorite show, the family room has a queen-size futon and twin daybed. There is even a small desk and chair for your laptop.

The split layout provides privacy for each bedroom on opposite sides of the living room and family room. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bath, quality king bed, SMART TV and private door that leads to the covered lanai. The 2nd bedroom has a SMART TV, and two twins pushed together with a king topper, so you can decide the sleeping arrangements. It also has access to the lanai via a sliding glass door. A full bathroom with shower is right down the hall next to the garage door.

Enter the large screened-in porch from the sliding glass doors in the main living area. Enjoy dining al fresco at the glass dining table for six or relax with a glass of wine in the loveseat or chairs that look out at the private backyard. A gas grill is just outside the lanai as are four Adirondack chairs, perfect for star gazing!

The single car garage is where you will find a full-size washer and dryer, beach wagon loaded with beach essentials. and two bicycles, all available for your days in Sarasota.

The Sarasota beaches are comprised of six islands, each with their own unique personality, natural beauty, and fun adventures. Longboat Key is the northernmost key with 12 miles of sandy shores and a place sea turtles come to nest. Lido Key has three beaches and home to the famed St. Armand's Circle. Siesta Key has two main bridges and is regarded as the #1 beach in the world. Caspersen Beach in Venice is dog-friendly and the perfect place for shark tooth hunters. Manasota Key is the nature lovers dream with walking trails from Gulf to bay. And finally, Casey Key has an 18-acre park, picnic areas and concession stand, perfect for a fun day trip.
