Spend your vacation getaway in the beautifully updated and spacious Sarasota Siesta! This dog friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house resides in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the Siesta Key north bridge and minutes from the famed beaches. Along with its prime location to the powdery sand and gulf waters, the home is a quick drive to downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, Gulf Gate, numerous restaurants and so much more. Family memories and R&R await you in this private home for six.

At arrival, the circular driveway awaits and is surrounded by lush tropical plants and vegetation. Inside, you will find a bright and light open floor plan that is tastefully decorated with cool, modern furnishings. Light walls and tile, pops of grey and blue, and warm wood accents create an atmosphere that is instantly inviting.

While Sarasota is known for its local dining scene, you might just find yourself craving a night or two in to spend time cooking a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. This elevated space is composed of glossy wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and grey stone countertops. Along with its aesthetic appeal, the kitchen is equally functional as it provides pots and pans, cooking essentials, microwave, blender, and coffee pots.

• The formal dining room is at the front of the home and boasts a large wooden table with four chairs and a bench to comfortably seat 6. Two other plush chairs offer an additional quiet space for reading.

• For those days or nights when you are grabbing a quick breakfast or enjoying takeout, there is a smaller round table for four and kitchen counter with two stools.

• If dining alfresco is your thing, or just relaxing in the glorious Florida sunshine, the private backyard offers an outdoor dining table and umbrella as well as four comfy chairs and round table to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or cooling beverage.

• After a fun day exploring, you'll love downtime spent in the living room. The living area is furnished with a comfy grey couch, two footrests, and coffee table. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming service apps.

• When it is time to retire and rejuvenate, you can either retreat to the master suite or choose one of the nicely appointed guest bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a king bed, Smart TV, large dresser and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. For those who need to do a quick work check-in before switching to vacation mode, a small desk and chair can be found in the master bedroom.

• The two guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the home along with a hall bathroom with a tub, shower and bright white vanity and sink. One of the bedrooms offers a plush queen bed, nightstand and glassed closet, perfect for a couple. While the other bedroom is furnished with two twins, nightstand and closet, making it a perfect space for little ones. All of the beds have soft linens, quality pillows and tasteful bedspreads.

• Sarasota Siesta is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach essentials and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WIFI, cable, Smart TVs, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and a stacked washer and dryer located behind the barn doors in the main living area.
