HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

• You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
• Completion of our electronic rental agreement is a requirement upon booking.
• No Smoking.
• No Pets.
• No Parties.
• Check-in is after 4pm.
• Check-out is 11am.
