This single family beach house is located in the quiet and exclusive Carlouel neighborhood at the north end of Clearwater Beach. It is just steps away from the beach with a private access beach entrance. The house has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 2 baths, a sunroom with a trundle bed (2 twins), an open floor plan with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and garage. The backyard is fenced in with a patio, gas grill, and lush plantings. Pets are permitted.

Bikes and kayaks are provided and can be used after signing an E-sign waiver.
