The house is located on stilts to maximize the fabulous views. There is plenty of parking under the house along with a BBQ grill. The dock is located right in front of the house and the pool is just to the left on the waterfront.

Inside the house:

• Living/kitchen dining area with a table that seats 6 and a few bar stools at the kitchen island
• Cozy living area with a large TV, couch, and loveseat
• Kitchen with everything you will need to cook and serve a full meal
• Bedroom on the right with a Queen size bed and a full bath right across the hall
• Waterfront bedroom at the end of the hall with a King size bed and a full attached bath
• Loft area (bedroom 4) with a full over full bunkbed and expansive views all the way across the bay
• Huge master bedroom with a king size bed, full size futon, and a full bath
• Deck that runs across the whole top floor and the whole bottom floor

This is a pet-friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.
