Relax and enjoy the community pool (pool not heated) and hot tub. Just four short blocks from the Gulf Of Mexico and steps to the Santa Rosa Sound beach area. Guests can enjoy the community pool and hot tub located inside this quaint Navarre Beach gated community of “By The Sea”.

Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom private beach home that sits near the Sound (intracoastal waterway) with unobstructed water views. This home has an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, living and dining area. Natural light fills the home with large wrap around windows and beautiful high ceilings. Furnishings include a large sofa with enough room for the whole family to enjoy the sunsets.

The first floor features beautiful wood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make that special dinner. The large wrap around balcony provides spacious areas with relaxing seating and unobstructed views of the Sound and white sands. On the main floor, Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen-size bed and a shared half bath off of the living area.

The second floor offers a King Master Suite with an adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanity with granite countertops. Guest bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed, and Guest bedroom #3 has two single over single Bunk Beds, sleeping 4 children. There is a shared hall bathroom with a single vanity, granite countertops, and a tub/shower combo.

Sleeps 6 Adults, 4 Children. Ideal for families with kid-friendly amenities, including an adorable bunk room with two sets of bunks, perfect for sleepover fun.

Take a relaxing walk or ride your bikes on the beach path to explore the beach. Many amenities are included with this home, such as bikes, helmets, beach wagon, beach toys, charcoal grill, and beach coolers.

2 adult Bikes, kayak, and paddle board are included with the reservation, just requiring a $500 deposit. 4 & 6 seater Golf Carts are available for rent. Pac n Play is available upon request.
