The Aegean is a beautiful beachfront property located in the heart of Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle. With 650 feet of private beach, this resort condominium is perfect for vacationing families.

Unit 219 is a second floor unit with stairs and an elevator and plenty of parking. It is one of the largest two-bedroom condos in the area and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with a view that will amaze you. The second bedroom has three twin bunks and plenty of closet space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. The condo features not one, but two sofas for plenty of family time. One sofa is also a sofa sleeper so the unit sleeps a total of 7 comfortably.

The open gourmet kitchen area is huge as well and the open concept with the den makes for great conversation while cooking. It features beautiful granite countertops with attractive custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Of course, it has cable and Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer in the unit.

Step off the beach and into the cool refreshing pool with beautifully landscaped property. You may want to retire to the pool after a good game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts on the property. There is also a relaxing gazebo where you can enjoy a picnic with the family or BBQ.

Make sure to bring your golf clubs, as there are 8 championship courses within 10 minutes of The Aegean, along with the finest shopping and dining that the Emerald Coast has to offer.

The Aegean books quickly and has a ton of repeat guests as it is family-oriented gulf front and close to everything! Once you stay here you will never stay anywhere else!
