  • The single-level, 2,740 sf house is centrally located in a lovely, quiet, uncongested neighborhood up on a hill, and just a short walk to historic Carmel Mission and Mission Ranch and a quick drive or bike ride to downtown Carmel by the Sea, Carmel beaches and Pebble Beach. The best of Carmel shopping and restaurants, Carmel Valley vineyards, the Big Sur, Cannery Row, and golf, tennis and dining throughout the glorious Monterey Peninsula are all within nearby reach.

Living Spaces

  • The heart of the house is open concept, airy and cheerful, with beamed ceilings, tastefully furnished and appointed throughout. French-oak floors adorn the space while the bedrooms are cozily carpeted. Large windows offer glorious views from every room, while double doors in the living and family rooms and the master bedroom open to meticulously landscaped flower and succulent gardens, a large front patio with a fire pit and an expansive back deck with dining table and chairs and a propane BBQ grill.
  • A ceramic log fireplace centers the living room, while the family room includes a multi-light electric fireplace with remote – perfect mood-setting effects. The house is equipped with a high-speed mesh WiFi network to enable internet access on personal devices and Roku enabled smart TVs in the family room and three bedrooms, as well as high-definition streaming from media devices.

Kitchen and Dining

  • High-end appliances and custom finishes will delight the chef in you, with cooking a breeze in this spacious well-equipped kitchen. Family and guests will enjoy congregating at the large island for appetizers and libations as delicious dishes are whipped up.
