This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the perfect location with access to several pools, pickleball, and tennis. With a fresh start to a new season, you can rest assured that Seascape will have everything you need to enjoy your time here on the Emerald Coast!

The master bedroom suite has a large king bed. The guest bedroom also has a king bed with a hall bathroom and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo is on the ground floor so no stairs or elevator to deal with. There is open parking available, and a coin-op washer and dryer conveniently located in the front entryway directly across from the front door.

Pets considered: Dogs under 30 lbs. Must provide vet records for proof of spay/neuter, shot records, and a recent photo of the pet. Must travel with a crate. Minimum age, size, and other restrictions apply. Pet fee applies. Prior approval is required.
