- NOTE: Please be advised that an additional person charge of $15.49 will apply, starting from the 11th person onwards.
- You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
- Parking Rules: Free Parking in Gravel driveway (4+ vehicles), 4-wheel drive is mandatory during the winter months and recommended year round. RV parking (hookup available for nightly fee, paid pre-trip)
- Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 10:00AM
- Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.
- Water Usage: This property uses a well-supplied water system. Guests are encouraged to be mindful and conserve water throughout their stay, as it may take time for the well to refill.
Disclaimer:
In the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. You may notice a higher number of both dead and living flies. Please note that this is a common occurrence in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.
