Welcome to 295 Ostego Drive, a four-bedroom, two-bath waterfront private stilt home that has recently been totally renovated and redecorated. This wonderful home is right on the back bay with its 180-degree view that includes the Sky Bridge, the fleet of shrimp boats, many pleasure craft moored in the bay, and lush tropical landscaping, all this in a very desirable neighborhood at the northern end of the island. The main living area is on the second level while the lower level has plenty of covered parking and covered areas surrounded by lush tropical greenery. This amazing vacation destination is about a 5-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Along the way is the US Post Office, Hooters and a wide choice of other restaurants and night life within walking or biking distance. Many water activities are available, such as parasailing, jet ski rentals and fishing charters.
