• Gated Community Access & Fees:

  • The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security and exclusive amenities.
  • A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

• Parking & Accessibility:

  • Level driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles
  • Yard is partially level and partially sloped

• Important Notes:

  • Exterior security cameras are installed for safety
  • No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
  • Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (including children and infants)
