The Nut House is a unique and cozy mountain getaway, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Surrounded by trees, this spacious 1,549-square-foot vacation rental offers a hot tub, a game room, and plenty of entertainment options for families and friends.

• This home features WiFi, five flat-screen TVs with satellite and Roku, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a propane fireplace.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, wok, tea kettle, toaster, blender, iron, and ironing board. Hair dryers, a washer, and a dryer are also provided for guest use.
• The game room in the garage includes a pool table, ping pong table, and an exercise bike.
• Children can enjoy hunting for hidden squirrel decorations in each room, playing board games, reading books, or hiding in the small teepee.
• Unwind in the hot tub under the stars, make s’mores at the firepit, or grill on the propane BBQ (propane not included) while relaxing on the deck with family and friends.
• This home has exterior security cameras for safety.
• No pets or animals are allowed.

Gated Community Access & Fees:
Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details:

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
• Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
• Firewood and propane are not provided but can be purchased at the local market.

Parking & Accessibility:
Level driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. The yard is partially sloped and partially level.
