As you enter the condo, you will be taken aback by the sweeping view of the Gulf of Mexico that the floor-to-ceiling southern glass wall provides. The glass wall spans the entire width of the condo, offering staggering views from the Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, and Master Bedroom.

This open floor plan allows you to use the expansive kitchen and Dining Area while also being able to see the Gulf or the Living Room. The Living Room is straight ahead, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are to your right. The Kitchen has all full-size appliances and everything needed to cook a feast for 8.

The Living Room has access to the balcony, a couch, two plush chairs, and a large TV.

The first Guest Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a TV, and access to 1 of the 3 bathrooms.

The second Guest Bedroom has a TV, a Queen-size bed, and its own private bathroom. There is also a small bunk room featuring Twin-sized bunk beds.

Finally, we come to the Master Bedroom Suite, which comes with a King-size bed, a lounging chair, a TV, and a floor-to-ceiling glass wall allowing impeccable views of Destin’s sugar white sands and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom Suite’s Bathroom has two vanities, a tub, and shower.

As perfect and spacious as this condo is inside, we still haven’t mentioned the best part of all: the balcony. The massive balcony has retractable shutters, two ceiling fans, and plenty of outdoor seating. From this balcony, you are granted a 180-degree panoramic view of Destin’s beach, Oceania’s pool, and the Gulf of Mexico. You are so close to the water you can taste the salt in the air.

Complex amenities include beach chair service, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.

Directions:

• If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge, look for Target, McDonalds, and Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left.
• Oceania has one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be parked in the unassigned areas up front.
• There are two elevators located in the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the building next to the stairs.
• If coming west from Fort Walton Beach, look for Target, McDonalds, and Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.
• Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive, Oceania is located on the left, the first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
