Pets are Considered (please contact us before booking for confirmation if you are intending to bring a pet) - Fees and Restrictions Apply and are normally $150 per animal (under 30LBs for stays of less than 14 nights. You must contact us in advance to confirm if your pet may be allowed in the home. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
• Bedroom 1. King Master Suite. King Bed with en-suite bathroom, large walk in wardrobe, dual vanity sinks and large walk in shower. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2. Double Bed beneath Twin Bunk Bed. Sleeps up to 3.
• Adjacent to Bedroom 2 is the family bathroom with Shower over Bathtub and dual vanity sinks.

• The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
  • There are no fees for clubhouse usage (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
• Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

• Are the pools heated year round?
  • Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!
• What are the pool hours?
  • The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
• What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
  • Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
• Are there activities at the Resort?
  • Yes and the activities change monthly!
• Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
  • Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
• What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
  • They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
• What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
  • 9 am – 9 pm daily.
• What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
  • 5 am – 12 am daily.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM

ID is required to access the community.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’).
