This 4 bed, 4.5 bath home offers access to the resort-style pool and hot tub, both heated year-round, as well as the beautiful Desert Color Lagoon! Experience a memorable day at the beach basking in the sun or gliding across the water on a paddleboard or kayak. Stay active and work out in the home gym and then unwind in the private hot tub. Gather loved ones around the fire pit and enjoy a cozy evening looking at the stars. Cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or enjoy some friendly competition with a game night. With a fully equipped kitchen and Smart TVs throughout the home, you have everything you need to relax.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.
