Stoneridge A22AB is a one-level unit with only three steps to enter, making it an excellent choice for guests who have difficulty with steps. This unit has a standard rating and sleeps eight guests. The living room includes a flat-screen TV and a double sleep sofa, though there is no fireplace available. The fully functional kitchen is adjacent to a dining room that seats six. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a full bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. These two bedrooms share the second full bath.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the slopes (weather permitting), this unit allows guests to relax on the deck and enjoy beautiful mountain views. During the summer months, guests have access to tennis and basketball courts. While there is no access to community pools, guests are welcome to use the resort's indoor and outdoor pools.

  • The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis. (NOTE: Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.
