The open concept space of the ground floor invites all guests to be together while making memories. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances while the dining table for 8 is perfectly set for everyone to gather together and share vacation adventures over a delicious meal. The living area is set to host family movie nights in front of the big screen with Sonos sound, ample seating, and blankets for all. With smart TVs throughout the entire home, you can stream from any of your favorite apps and for those that don't typically last through an entire movie, the pullout sleeper sofa comes in handy! Just past the kitchen is a well-appointed king bedroom with a backyard view and shares a full bathroom with the main floor.

Up the stairs on the second floor are two additional bedrooms:

1. One is a unique family-style suite featuring both a queen bed and twin over twin bunk nook.
2. The other is a king master suite with a private, furnished balcony with views of the gated pool and neighborhood. Its luxury ensuite boasts an oversized rainfall shower, double vanities and a large soaking tub.

• For added convenience, there is a hallway laundry room tucked behind double doors on the same floor.
• One more quick set of stairs and you are on the top floor enjoying yet another living area with a large TV, game table, and pullout sleeper sofa. The French doors open to another furnished balcony; this one features an outdoor kitchen, dining, and lounge space. Overlooking the private neighborhood pool, the high-top dining table is situated a few steps from the fully equipped grill station! There's no better place to enjoy an evening meal or glass of wine. Back inside, there is an additional king bedroom with a backyard view and shares a full-sized bathroom with the living space as well.

When you stay in Inlet Beach you are never far from the beach, or a magnificent view.
