• Shores of Panama 808 offers a cozy common space that is great for relaxing after a long day on the beach. As soon as you enter the property, you will notice the sleek white interior, cozy furnishings, lighting fixtures, modern appliances, spacious interior, open floor plan, and cool decorations that make it feel like you are staying in a friend's beach house.

• Common Space

  • The living room features a large, plush couch that offers perfect views of the flatscreen TV and the beach outside of your window. You can easily get up and access the private balcony in just a few steps from the couch, making it easy for you to wake up from your mid-afternoon nap and head outside to check out the swell, feel the cool breeze on your face, or bring a cold beer out here to watch the sun go down over the bright blue water. Sounds good, doesn't it?
  • And once you are done watching the sunset and soaking in the sounds of nature, you can head back inside and turn on your favorite movie or flick on the TV. We know that the living room is going to be the focal point of the property during your stay here!

• Kitchen

  • After a nap and taking in the eye-catching sunset, it might be time for a few beverages or appetizers to share with your guests. The good thing about this property is that it offers a full-scale kitchen that is functional and easy to use, so you never have to worry about ordering take out or spending all of your money on dining out. The kitchen has an open floor plan, five high top bar stools for extra seating, stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter space for preparing and serving food.

  • This property offers a master bedroom with a sprawling king-sized bed that is big enough for you and your partner to share or to spread out as a solo traveler. Use the flat screen TV to put your favorite flick on before falling asleep and rinse off in the attached bathroom to get the sand off of your feet.
  • Your guests will have their own privacy and personal space in the private bunk room with bunk beds, personal access, and separate bathroom, making this the ideal property for multiple couples, friends, or a large family. If you have people staying over or friends staying the night, they can use the comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room area for their own private bedroom.

Head to the nearby Walmart in just two minutes from your doorstep or check out Pier Park to pick up souvenirs, buy some clothes, or purchase something unique for friends back home. Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.

Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one-time fee of $75 for registration packet.

This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
