This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. The registered guest booking and occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older. This is the policy of the condo complex or HOA where the property is located, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or if you book this property with the intention of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and canceled.

If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and canceled.

If you book this property as the 25 years of age or older person and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.

These acts are considered booking a reservation under false pretenses and will not be tolerated. They will be reported to the booking platform used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform.

This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
