• This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
• If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.
• If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.
• If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.
• These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Shores of Panama 2017 is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom condo located on the 20th floor. This condo is sure to provide wonderful memories for your family vacation.

• The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, cookware, and most pots/pans one would use to prepare a tasty meal. The bar has seating for 4. There is also dining table seating for 4.

• The living area has updated and comfortable seating, paired with a large flat-screen TV with HD DirectTV. The sofa is a queen-size sleeper sofa, perfect for sleeping 2. There are 2 comfortable chairs along with 2 bean bag chairs for the kids. There is plenty of seating in the living area.

• The main bedroom is truly its own retreat. You will find a king bed with new furnishings and high-end linens. You can rest assured that every night spent here will be relaxing and cozy! There is a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

• The bunk room has a sturdy twin/twin bunk bed with a closet. There is a private bathroom with a full-sized washer/dryer.

• This condo has a private Wi-Fi connection with a 10Mbps download speed. If you need to remotely work while at this condo, that is no problem. Of course, you can pick and choose when you want to “be online”! You're on vacation after all.

• Shores of Panama is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away! Instead of having to drive half an hour to pick up groceries on your first day on vacation, you can head out of your front door and head to Wal-Mart to pick up the basics. This unit is professionally managed by Property Manager. As a guest, you have the peace of mind knowing we are always a phone call away. We offer direct access to your unit, so no waiting in long check-in lines! We offer so much more than a great place to stay.

• To get an up close and personal view of the beach, head out to the balcony directly from your living room. The oversized balcony has plenty of seating and a fantastic view of the Shores of Panama lagoon pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

  • Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days.

• *Guest must pay the Shores of Panama a 1-time fee of $85 for 1 parking permit and up to 6 property wristbands.

• *Only 1 vehicle is permitted to park in the garage.

• *Check-in is 4:00 pm (central time) Check out is 10:00am (central time)

• *Registered guest occupying the condo must be at least 25 years old and occupy the condo the entire time. The registered guest must also complete the rental agreement, putting a credit/debit card on file for security deposit.

• *Absolutely no smoking in the condo. Smoking can result in up to $1000 fine.

• *No pets. Service animals must be pre-approved for access.

• *ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
