• Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.
• In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.
• There are no exceptions to this policy.
• If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.
• If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.
• If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.
• These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.
• These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
• This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

You will enter the home from the front door directly connected to the large driveway that can hold three vehicles.

As you enter the home from the ground floor, you'll be welcomed by gorgeous decor and touches and many upscale amenities throughout the house. The ground floor is a large spacious open floor plan. You'll enjoy plenty of seating in the living area including a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and offers enough workspace for several people to prepare memorable meals. To the left, as you walk through the door, you will find the stairs.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The first is the king master bedroom with private bath on the right. The king bed is a very comfortable memory foam mattress. There is an armoire for storage and a large closet. The large master en-suite has a two-sink with his, and hers sinks with a stand-up tile shower. Step out onto the private balcony for some relaxation and to enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

Across the hallway are two queen bedrooms with closets. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the upstairs hallway for the two queen bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer.

This home's location is simply unbeatable, and beachgoers will be thrilled when they know the white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short drive or walk from this home.

The owner offers a monthly rate in the off season. $3500 a month or $3200 if you book December thru the end of February! Please inquire.
